指定の喫煙場所は、ホテル１階（24時間ご利用可能）に設けております。
愛煙家のお客様には大変ご不便をおかけいたしますが、加熱式煙草を含め、お煙草は指定の場所にてご利用くださいますよう、

Notification of new non-smoking policy

Thank you very much for your continued patronage to ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Narita.

We are pleased to announce that all guest rooms at the hotel will be non-smoking from January 5, 2022 (Wednesday).
The designated smoking area is located on the first floor of the hotel (available 24 hours a day).
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please refrain from smoking in all guest rooms and hallways.
We also ask for your understanding and cooperation in using cigarettes, including heated cigarettes, in designated areas.
